Location is in the picnic area behind the baseball diamond in Silver Oak Park. There are three trash bins that have been overflowing and not emptied since before Memorial day. I suggest these three be added to a regular emptying schedule.

Location is on the walking trail between Renwood Ln and behind Canyon Oaks Elementary School. Graffiti is on three stanchions for the fence separating the homes from the walking trail. The attached picture is the worst and is closer to the back of Canyon Oaks Elementary School, but the other two are between there and Renwood Ln. Best approach is from the cul-de-sac at the end of Renwood Ln.

Graffiti on both picnic tables just behind the baseball field at Silver Oak Park. Just recently marked on the table tops and the seats.

This is on the back of the mailbox at the cul-de-sac at the end of Renwood Ln. This is the same place graffiti was removed a few weeks ago and it is back! See picture

There is no number on this pole. The Shenandoah Park parking lot has three lights and the middle of the three is not working correctly. It keeps cycling on and off. This is the middle of the three lights in the parking lot.

Light A624 is on the north east side of the bridge just south of the intersection of Sonoma Creek Way and Shenandoah Drive

Graffiti is on the back of the mailbox at the end of Renwood Lane. It can be viewed from the walking trail right behind the mailbox.

Three stanchions were tagged with Graffiti on the walking path between the "fountain" and Renwood Lane. Picture is one of the three. The "fountain" is across the street from the American Canyon High School.

There is a plastic cover for irrigation that was broken when the grass was cut. This is located about 100 yards north of the "fountain" across the street from the American Canyon High School, just next to the sidewalk. This was the newer irrigation drain put in because of prior flooding here. The cover was broken when mowing some time ago and the drain is filling with leaves and debris as a result.

This is located in the Silver Oak Park parking lot, west side. There are about seven lights that are not on when we walk by at 5:30AM consistently for some time now. This looks like all the lights on the west end of the parking lot were turned off at night as this happened all at once. This is a public safety issue as this parking lot is also the Canyon Oaks Elementary School parking lot and the park parking lot.

Broken garbage receptacle at east end of what was the fountain on the walkway across from the high school. This is the plastic container inside of the metal receptacle. The plastic container is broken and in pieces inside of the metal receptacle. It needs to be replaced.

Light A437 close to mail box at end of Horizon Ct. Light cycles on and off at night.

This is on the walkway trail just past the end of Renwood Lane. Someone broke the bottom support 2 X 4s on a number of the fence sections. Looks like they jumped on them until they broke. See picture.

A301 out all the time. This light is on the south west corner of Shenandoah and Silver Oak Trail just in front of the parking lot.

Light A434 on north east corner of Horizon Court and Sagebrush Lane. Light is out sometimes at night. I have never seen it recycle on and off so not sure what is going on. Sometimes on and sometimes off at night.

On south west side of the intersection of Newell Drive and Silver Oak Trail. The green signal on the corner is out. See picture.

A627 located on the west side of Shenandoah about 75 yards south of the intersection with Sonoma Creek Way. Light cycles on and off. I had reported this a couple of months ago but it seems to be still doing it - not sure if a new problem. This is the light on the south west side of the bridge.

Fence rail is down. This is on the west side of Shanandoah Drive about 60 to 75 yards north of the Sirah Drive intersection. One rail on fence is down. Fence is next to the walkway on the west side of Shenandoah between Sirah Driveand Granite Springs Way

This is in the bus stop on the north side of Donaldson Way between Sagebrush and Newell. It is about 100 yards east of the Sagebrush and Donaldson Way intersection.
