    Resident at 346 22nd Ave NE waters the lawn EVERYDAY. The yard can't absorb anymore water and as a result floods the street every morning. Water seems to be adding to concrete erosion and the road condition continues to get worse.

    The light timing is way off One used to be able to travel north on 8th Street N and get through the light at 9th Ave N. This light now turns red way before cars arrive Huge traffic lines are backing up and people are driving crazy to try to get around all the slow or non moving vehicles One lane has already been eliminated for a bike lane making congestion on this road even worse Please take a look at light timing.     Two large potholes in the alley at the intersection of 10th St N and 15th Ave N. One of the potholes is at the base of a driveway and may begins to effect the cement if not filled. Repair work has been done on this section of alley before If the entire 8' by 4' section came be repaved that would be excellent.

    This issue has been reported several times and no one has done anything about it. The vegetation is very overgrown at the intersection of 2nd Ave., North and 22nd Ave., North. You cannot see oncoming traffic at this intersection due to all of the overgrown bushes located at 2201 22nd Ave. N. The grass is even beginning to take over the sidewalk here. Please clean up this area immediately. This intersection is dangerous and someone is going to get hurt. There was no reason for this issue not to be addressed after all the reports.
