In the past the house has been infested with rats and overrun by raccoons coming from the ditch and caused a lot of anxiety by the occupants for their and their children's safety. The vegetation is starting to hide the red warning signs. It has also caused flooding. Please schedule it soon. Thanks

There is a telephone pole adjacent to this depression and we believe the depression is directly over the sewer drainage line, perhaps indicating leakage into the sewer line.
