    I got a flat tire when I turned right on to Locust St NE from 37th Ave NE on Thursday evening at 530 PM. There was water flooding the intersection and my car slid into the curb, the cement over the gutter seemed like it was not over the blocks. My tire was shredded. The water was about 8" deep, it was hard to see the curb was dangerous until the next day when the water had receded.
