    Every afternoon for the past 3 or 4 years there has been a car parked on the right of way in front of this house. On the grass, between the sidewalk and the curb. Every day. For years. How many police officers and codes inspectors have driven by -- this is in plain sight - and just turned a blind eye? How many more years will go by before anyone in the PD or Codes department decides to SEE this car?
