    Large and deep hole along maintenance cover in street. This hole spans the bicycle lane on that side. It has been there since last winter.

    A huge pothole at the entrance to an alley. This hole has been here for months with loose "boulders" rocking in the pit. It is deep enough for a car to bottom out passing through it.

    The top half of a very large tree has snapped in half & is dangling over the alley supported only by cables & wires.

    Broken sidewalk. The sidewalk is partially raised. I fell on it today. I tripped on the raised concrete, tried to catch myself but ended up falling flat on my chest. I skinned my hands, elbow and knee. This sidewalk has been problematic for some time. We have many people with disabilities that use this sidewalk and it presents a risk to them as well as others.

    The stretch of Wolcott from Belmont to Roscoe is riddled with potholes. Wolcott Ave. has been getting a lot of heavy equipment traffic due to the sewer work on neighboring Ravenswood Ave. Interesting that potholes were filled south of Belmont but not north of Belmont.
