The turn signal heading South on Belcher is out. Belcher and Montclair

I've never seen Main St flood this bad by the bridge. Seems like the drainage is clogged. it lasted for hours after today's storm. This was also reported as a sewer issue by another citizen.

There is a tree hanging very low at this intersection.

This house is loaded with junk in the front yard! Looks horible!

When traveling West on Main st the left turn signal turning into Pinewood never activates with a green light even when a row of cars are waiting. Can you check on this? When your traveling East it always activates stopping all traffic going West.

Can you spray the employee break area on the side of the building please. The mosquitoes are bad right now.

There are 2 major dips on Hercules North and South of Gilbert St. Both are close to the median and both have been repaired before. Can we please get them filled again? Please note... I'm reporting 2 spots in same location. Thank you for all you do!

There is a bad dip right before the entrance to the Airport if your going South.

Please trim the tree that is overhanging in the road.

You've sprayed here in March but we need it sprayed again please. We are on site all day on Monday's and after 1 all other days.

Traffic is getting backed up at the light turning onto Countryside from Belcher. These lights used to be synched up and the flow was way better than how it is now.
