Large sunken area around repaired water main break. Continues to sink, creating a hazard in the middle of the travel lane.

Storm drain access cover has been completely removed and the access hole is wide open. The cover is sitting nearby. The storm drain is located next to the sidewalk, between the sidewalk and the roadway.

Dead deer in the Girnan Road turn lane into Hirsham Drive.

Water has been seeping constantly from an access cover in the roadway in the intersection of Knightsbridge Road and Steeple Court since Monday. It’s possible there could be a broken pipe from freezing temperatures. There’s enough water and drainoff that it could pose a roadway safety issue if temperatures dip below freezing. The intersection has previously been dry at all times.

Blocked culvert. Roadway around stop sign is flooded forcing cars over the center line at the intersection. There is also no way to see the culvert dropoff to keep cars from getting too close to it if drivers approach too far toward the shoulder. Location: at the intersection of Gorman Road and Murray Hill Road.

A police swat team responding to a call on our street last night SHOT THE LIGHT OUT during the operation. The top cover is hanging and the lamp globe is broken and lying on the ground.

The designated pathway for cyclists and pedestrians is blocked by overgrowth that encroaches across the entire pathway. Temporary traffic cones connected with a chain have been installed here on the old roadway to separate pathway users from construction traffic, but it creates a pathway that is too narrow for cycling safety and there is NO WAY that a cyclist can get through that overgrowth without dismounting. Both cyclists and walkers are inconvenienced by having to cross the chain to get around the overgrowth or push through it and risk getting ticks.

A large, filled trash bag has been sitting in the median for weeks. It's unsightly, unhygienic and potentially hazardous if it gets blown into the roadway by the strong winds we've been having.

It is impossible for drivers approaching Gorman Road on Murray Hill Road to see the stop sign until they are within 50 or so feet of it because overgrown hedges obscure it. Multiple cars have gone off the road into the fields here in recent weeks. Suggest trimming the hedges, and perhaps installing some type of bidirectional warning sign.
