No drainage for the new Woodland/Farmington Ave bus stop (heading east). People waiting for the bus or walking by are getting soaked when drivers fly through the water.

Bricks left over from construction! I just removed some of these from the street as I walked by. If they're finished for the season, they should be removed!

The snow banks are blocking all crosswalks for the intersection of Farmington & Woodland. There's many elderly folks who have to walk along the street to access the sidewalks.

There are six benches with the railings coming off. Many people use these benches to relax, eat lunch, or wait for the bus. Originally these were supported by the Greater Hartford Jaycees in 1992.

There's a bunch of trash along the fence which never gets cleaned. There are dead trees and branches as well.

Update: Trash still needs clean-up. Dead trees now have nesting birds so, the need to be left alone until season is over.

In various sections of Farmington Avenue there are sidewalks that are blocked by snow. This is causing dangerous conditions for pedestrians. Even more hazardous for the elderly and wheelchair bound folks who I've seen walking in the street. The Department of Public Works needs to get on these property owners to do what they're suppose to do following a snow fall.
