    There has been a commercial trailer parked in front of this house since it was being built. The house has been completed & sold & the trailer is still there. 50th is difficult enough to maneuver without the added obstacle of a trailer that does not belong there. I'd say 4 months is LONG ENOUGH!

    The resident at this home continually parks in front of the house, 50th is a very busy street and when you are heading north on 9th and turn right onto 50th there is only room for one car - if someone is turning behind you and there is traffic turning onto 9th from 50th it is VERY DANGEROUS. Someone is either going to hit the parked car, or get rear ended or there will be a head on. There needs to be a no parking sign in front of their house!!

    The pick-up for Bay Breeze Cove was yesterday - and yet still this morning, everyone's trash is still at the curb - FULL. What is the problem?!! Waiting until our next pick-up is not an option. They usually skip us after a holiday, so since they didn't skip us last Tuesday, they figure they'd skip our next scheduled pick-up date. Unacceptable.

    Other than cars and motorcycles being parked behind the chain link fence in the front yard; there are canoes, tools, tables, chairs, junk, not to mention a trailer that is always parked on the street and trucks/cars facing east and west every single day along with the trailer - this causes a traffic issue. I feel sorry for the neighbors next door & across the street having to look at this all the time.

    Older model SUV with a left rear flat tire; has been parked in front of the apartments for 3 weeks. Parked on South side of street, facing west. There is a sun shield on the dash covering the front windshield.

    The land being cleared for the new community - these guys crank up their tractors, bulldozers -you name it -at 6:45-7:00 every day & start working at 7:03. This has GOT TO BE STOPPED. If these guys get away with this now it will continue throughout the entire project - not fair for those of us that live here. I live right on the border of where this is going on and it is not a great way to start each day.
