This pit is again filled with water. Please, what is being done with this property? The house was in terrible disrepair for over a year. I reported to seeclickfix. Then the firemen/women used it for training and it stayed in worse disrepair for months. I reported to seeclickfix. Then it was torn down with no fence around it. Someone reported to seeclickfix. A fence was installed and the pit remained, and filled with water. I reported to seeclickfix. The water was removed and then it filled up again. Nothing is being done with the property and it is a bit of a blight in the neighborhood, as well as a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Please, is there a long term solution to this ongoing issue? Thank you!

In this location there is a church which has services 4 or 5 times a week. During these hours, there are many congregants' cars parked on Dudley and Villa giving the appearance that there are more people in the building than it is zoned for (30-40). The number of cars parked creates a problem with visibility turning on and off of Dudley.

For the past couple of years there has been an ongoing problem with the owner(s) of a large dog(s) not picking up and disposing of the dog excrement. The abundance of it is on the grassy area right next to Spencer Row. Chelsea DPW kindly installed a dog waste station to no avail. Perhaps the animal control officer should try to catch the offender(s) during off hours?

Dear city workers, upper management and kind, pro-active Chelsea residents,
Thank you all for doing the best you can do given the unusual circumstances of being bombarded by snow, flooding and high winds. Nobody is ever fully prepared for as destructive a storm as we had. If we citizens all do our little part on our little block, rather than waiting for an overworked, diligent tiny city with too many cars and nowhere to put TONS and TONS of snow to come to our rescue, we’ll all rest a bit easier. Let’s not wait and hope that they’ll get to it...grab a shovel and do your best to protect the kids by shoveling a wheelchair ramp. It feels better than hoping someone else will do it.
Thank you again to all who are doing the best they can in an overcrowded tiny city.
