3 street lights starting with the one on the NE corner of powell Ave and broadway, then the next 2 lights traveling east on powell (on the south side of the block). these have been out for a few weeks now.

Route 135 s/b exit 8 (Powell ave) 135 ramp has 2 lanes (1 for traffic going west (left) onto Powell, 1 for traffic going east (onto Powell toward Bethpage parkway ).. A> During evening rush hours and other busy times, the cars on this exit ramp back up almost to the 135 main road with cars waiting to make the left onto Powell ave east. Due to the limited sightlines at this corner, pavement markings and slight curve to the road it is hard to see if the road is clear, to make the left turn. 
A traffic light would provide for a safer intersection for drivers, and the many joggers/bike riders that use this road. The light can be sensor controlled to keep it green on Powell when there are no cars exiting from 135.. ... B> due to the road markings on Powell ave – the dbl yellow line is not in the center (the cars driving west on Powell ave overpass travel too close to the right side of the bridge, making it hard for cars exiting the 135 ramp to see them w/o slowly inching out). A traffic light at this intersection would improve safety and improve the flow of exiting vehicles from the 135 s/b exit onto Powell Ave. (Note there are several other 135 exits that have traffic lights at where the ramps meet residential streets Old country road, 107, boundary Ave.

driving east on Powell, as driver approached entrance to 135 North, the sign pointing to 135 N ramp is in front of the ramp exiting From 135 onto powell. even though the exiting ramp has do not enter signs where the ramp meets Powell.
The entrance sign in the picture is installed on the left side of the entrance ramp, directly next to the exiting ramp from 135.
At night, and especially for those not familiar with the area, can easily make a mistake and make the left turn onto ramp exiting from 135 (going the 'wrong way' ). the entrance sign and arrow should be moved to the other (right) side of the entrance ramp. - note-->image does not fit correctly on this page, click on the image in my comment on the comment page to see a better picture- I can email picture to those interested.

the first 2 street lights on Powell - just east of intersection with broadway are not working

the street light on this corner is out- busy corner with access to the tennis place nearby.. thanks

Lipa recently installed taller utility poles on central ave, bethpage from stewart ave to broadway. the street lights have not been re-installed and this block is dark.

on this Inform traffic sign- (just east of deer park ave), when the 'travel times' are displayed- the 2nd location listed is 'LIE' . the Ss does not intersect the lie, this message should probably be '27' which SS does intersect with.

streetlight is not working

this busy intersection lacks street signs (on the corner poles) that indicate the street names in both directions. this is a busy area that many out of the area drivers need to go through- better signs would help

2 issues- when traveling southbound toward 495 w/b service road. 1> the center double yellow lines are badly faded and are very hard to see - especially at dusk/night. 2> this section needs repaving is has many patches and the road is now very uneven.

when driving Northbound on rte 107, if I take the ramp to go onto N parkway East- the ramp to merge into the parkway traffic is much too short. the pkwy has a slight curve here and it hard to see all of the fast moving on-coming traffic. a longer merge/acceleration lane would be very helpful and improve safety. There is plenty of room to make the the improvement

the exit ramp from 135 south meets Powell avenue. the exit ramp has 2 lanes (1 for traffic going west (left) onto Powell, 1 for traffic going east ). 1> due to the road markings on Powell ave (the cars travel too close to the far right side of the bridge) and slight turn in the road make is hard to see the oncoming Powell ave cars traveling west, w/o inching out to the roadway. 2> during evening rush hours the traffic on the exit ramp leading to Powell backs up almost to the 135 main road with cars waiting to make the left onto Powell ave east.

there are several big stretches of non working lights on 495 between exit 40 (jericho tpke) and 43 s oyster bay road

hempstead turnpike between bethpage parkway and wantagh ave *west and e bound) needs repaving. There are many patched potholes but the patching has made the road very uneven especially between rte 135 and 107.

2 street lights in from of the office for bob and fred's auto body are not working (they are lights #2 and 3 north from the lirr crossing)

the street light between lexington ave and concord keep cycling on and off.

the street light between julie court and lexington has been out for at least a year
