    3140 Central Ave Saint Petersburg, FL, 33712, USA - St. Petersburg
    Construction site here goes all the way to the curb, BUT there is still a sign for a trolley stop, with nowhere but the eastbound right-turn lane in Central Ave. for passengers to stand. In bad weather yesterday, driving in that lane, I suddenly saw someone standing in the street in front of my car, waiting for a trolley. That sign needs to be covered - or moved to the adjacent PSTA Grand Central Station - while there is NO safe place for riders to wait. Thank you!

    Water pressure is fluctuating, at times dropping so low that toilets are sporadically not functioning properly, and it is wasting a lot of potable water!

    Canal behind this address and beside SP Lake Maggiore Alum Stormwater Treatment AST No. 1 on Alcazar Way, upstream before tunneling under the street is very badly overgrown - could cause a flooding problem. I think someone reported this several weeks ago, but it has only continued to grow since.
