    This issue was reported June 2018. When reported at that time it was specifically requested to have the apron of this alley PAVED as this issue happens over and over and over again every time it rains!! This alley has a steep incline when entering from 5th St. It took 6 months for the City to address this issue, then once again they came and dumped asphault finings and had to come back and repair it 2 weeks later. The asphault finings have filled the gutter and are blocking water from getting to the storm drain. This needs to be repaired correctly and immediately once and for all Bob Taylor!!!!

    There is a growing depression in the road on 35th Ave N, between Central Ave & 1st Ave N. The depression showed up over 4 months ago. Someone threw a plastic "Police" barricade in the middle, that keeps blowing over, and not a thing had been done since. The depression is impeding traffic and alley access. This was previously reported.

    Stop sign at southeast corner of intersection at 3rd Ave N & 35th St N is faded and has lost reflectivity. It is difficult to see at night and a safety hazard!!!
    This was reported weeks ago and STILL NOT REPAIRED.

    For over 3 MONTHS there has been a large "sinkhole" in the road on 35th St N, between Central & 1st Ave N. Sometime ago, it looks like "maybe the police, someone put a plastic barricade in the hole. The barricade falls over every day. You cannot get in or out of the alley, or navigate 35th St without going around it. FIX THIS ALREADY!!!!
