Garbage is stream throughout this Caltrans property. It’s all from the homeless people who live occasionally on the ledge up there. I cleaned up some of it, but can’t clean up all of it.

Can you please unlock this gate? It’s been locked for many days, and none of the other gates to the park are locked. It just causes people to walk farther to access the park.

This private tree fell in a storm and is blocking the sidewalk. Been there for three days now.

Three bags of trash have been at this location for about two weeks.

An abandoned cart full of items. There is no owner nearby, or so, although it looks like someone stuff, it’s basically been last year.

More illegal dumping in this location, only a couple days after it was already cleaned up.

The trash cans are overflowing near the Bushrod baseball diamond. Looks like trash from a picnic this past weekend.

Someone please pick up the trash at bushrod. There are at least two overflowing city trashcans

Pedestrian signals at College and Shafter/Keith are mistimed. They routinely display red hands when crossing is typically considered safe for pedestrians. The pedestrian cycle is cut short even as the auto signals remain green. While there is a specific red hand required for the left turn cycle from College onto Keith, the other four intersections have unnecessarily short pedestrian crossing cycles. Please visit and review the pedestrian signal timing. Also, please remove any requirement that a pedestrian "beg" for a signal with a button. At this intersection, the pedestrian cycles should be automatic (just like for cars) Thanks!

It appears this signal has been knocked out of place slightly, and the signal is not clearly visible from southbound Colby moving onto Forest. This is especially true if you are on a bike in the far right lane. The signal needs to be readjusted so it is clearly visible

Green space hear is totally trashed with three shopping carts in various piles of clothes and litter. Looks like some homeless people or persons were here, but there is no evidence of anyone living here now. So people can just come and clean up the trash.
