This has been an issue for over a year. Cars turning from St. Peter St. onto Bridge St. need to be practically on the crosswalk to trigger the light. This morning a person in a car was maybe 2-3 feet back from the stop line, and the lights cycled several times. Eventually the second car went around the first car, to their left in order to make a right hand turn. This is very dangerous considering the number of pedestrians in the area, walking to the commuter rail, not to mention the cars on Bridge Street.
