    Multiple holes, very deep & dangerous to pedestrians ! Many holes have been filled in multiple times. More dangerous to the old sea wall , which needs to be replaced! Hurricane season, tropical storms threaten the safety of 125 homes if the sea wall collapsed ! No exit to safety for the residents of Hawaii Ave (N & S), Carolina Ave (N & S) & Carolina Circle! No access to: Police, Fire, Ambulance, or any first responders. The brick planter area between Illinois & Hawaii needs immediate attention, the storm season is upon us. Please take action now!
