    Recurring issue with graffiti on this building. This is a residential neighborhood. Something needs to be done worth this abandoned building. The owners need to take responsibility for the graffiti and blight. Painting the building every few months is meaningless as it simply creates a blank platform for new graffiti.

    The building on 32nd & Hannah has been abandoned for a couple of years, based on previous reports. There is a sale/rent sign, but no activity. Meanwhile, the building is covered in graffiti, trash sprawled all over the on the Hannah street side, and now there are encampments around the perimeter of the building extending around the block from 32nd street, down Hannah St., up Peralta, and into Helen St. There is garbage, good, and feces.
