The northbound Walk/don't walk sign on the north east corner of 7th and Franklin is missing. It was removed during construction - but now the construction is over. This is a busy pedestrian area. Please re-install the light. Thanks

On the west side of N Jefferson, just north of Broad St, the street light cycles on and off repeatedly. When it is off, this block is very, very dark. I observed this while dining at Comfort (restaurant) a few nights ago. Please fix.
