Yard overgrown

The plants/bushes are covering the path and needs to be cut back to the property line please.

The bridge/path is overgrown and needs to be cut back to the property line please.

The sidewalk going to the school from the street is completely overgrown. It doesn't need to be trimmed... it needs to be cut all the way back to the property line please.

The tree next to the bridge needs to be cut down. It is overhanging the street blocking the view and causing cars/golfcarts to swerve. It's a serious issue since there is no guardrail on that side.

Boxes/trash accumulating in front of garage on driveway.

Entire landscape is unkempt. Lawn over a foot.

The path across the bridge is overgrown next to the house. The bridge is getting covered in plants/vines too. And the other side of the path at 3216 Oyster Cove Dr is overgrown as well.

Trash piled up in front of door and garage.

Car has flat tire, dents and full of trash.

This house is abandoned. The outside light has been on for months and the yard is overgrown. The grass would be 3 feet tall instead of a foot if it hadn't gone dormant earlier this "winter".

This house continues to be blight to this street. House looks like it is being taken over by vines. Tree overgrown/falling in back. Yard is always a mess of weeds and overgrown. Please make fine sizable enough to force this absentee landlord to pay attention and respect this neighborhood and its residents. THIS IS AT LEAST THE 15TH TIME ITS BEEN AN ISSUE WITH THIS DAMN HOUSE IN 1-2 YEARS... DO SOMETHING!

This house is right next to a public pathway to a bridge to cross Oyster creek. They have 2 dogs (Rottweiler & Mix-bread) that charge the fence every time people walk by. The residents occasionally chain up the Rottweiler with a heavy steal-link chain. They also have a wire-mesh a couple feet behind the fence to try and keep the dogs away from the fence on the path. These dogs are always aggressive and get past wire mesh to charge the fence. It seems the owners know this and have also reinforced a back gate with more wire knots. The dogs are so aggressive they charge the fence bang it with their shoulders as they stick their heads through. They can hurt a kid or dog not paying attention. More concerning is the likelihood these dogs are going to get out and hurt or even kill pets or kids.

We no longer want to use that public path due to the concern about the dogs getting out. Animal control needs to investigate the aggressive dogs and enforce city ordinances regarding restraining the dangerous/aggressive animals, the liability the owner has and the liability faces if the local residents are not protected and an incident occurs.

Utility box has been busted for over a year. The city has done absolutely nothing to fix, and utility companies will not fix unless the city forces them to. IT IS A SEVERE TRIPPING HAZARD WITH SHARP EDGES AND MAY BE AN ELECTRIC-SHOCK HAZARD.

This yard continues to be consistently overgrown... probably the 5th time to report this residence.

Back fence is falling down.

Fence in back has been down since the severe rains in June. Occasionally there is a large rottweiler in the backyard, which is not safe.
