After the speedhump there are multiple sharp edged potholes.

There is flowing water coming out of the speed hump between old fence in a field drive on Michaels Way. Possible water main break.

Tree down across the roadway - blocking traffic - heading IN to Valleymede from rte 40

We're one bad windstorm from power being wiped out in Valleymede - last weeks storm had many large limbs come down in the roadway.

there's ice across the intersection at Michaels way and Ramblewood Road. Then further down North Chatham heading toward 40 there's a large area of standing water that is icing over. this is been happening since the road was repaved several years ago the drainage does not Pitch to the ravine.

within the last few weeks the traffic 'control' divider depicted above was installed near the new parking lots for the communitu center and it's too close to the travel lane; other 'dividers ' like this in the area usually stop short of the shoulder... it's possible that this new structure will end up causing an accident for a vehicle that is too close to the right edge of the travel lane.

Tree Concern/Obstructed visibility - where Executive Park Dr intersects with the 100 west there are some overgrown shrubs/trees that obstructs visibility to the 100 offramp leading to the left hand turn on to Executive Park dr. Thx you!

Ramblewood between Joey and Paulskirk there are several depressions on the side of the road... near where there was a water main break within the last year and a half or so.

Grass is so tall that at the end of the off ramp for exit 24b - you cannot see oncoming traffic coming down the hill (to go under 29) on 40 west.

There's been a recent uptick in Police activity (rolling through stop sign) b/c the visibility at the intersection is so poor. the overgrowth was recently trimmed back, but, either the stop sign and stop line need to be moved forward, or, the entire corner needs to be trimmed/cut back to allow visibility to oncoming traffic when looking up Michael's way. Images attached to show visibility at the stop sign, and 10' =/- forward.

Speed humps have not been replaced since the new paving has been completed.

newly paved area awaiting speed humps to be installed that area (x 2-3 wks). Additionally, as there are no crosswalks, the 'speedway' in this area is a hazard for not only pedestrians, but, vehicles crossing Ramblewood from one side to the other.
