They do not have a B permit, Assistant City Manager, Joe DeVries has assured us that vehicles on Third Street would be cited for not having permits. Please PLEASE cite them, maybe they'll move. Cite them for piling garbage on the street, it is illegal....

This is a residential area, they cannot stay here. A few months ago, a motor home dweller SHOT AND KILLED a dog in the park. Please ask them to move.     Vans, beat old cars, a pick up too are starting to camp here and the garbage is starting to pile up in the sidewalk. I know this isn’t an area that the City of Oakland cares about, but many people live in actual houses here and WE care. Even if y’all don’t. Please show us a little respect and move the campers along to areas where no one actually lives.

    The homeless person who used to live here and cover the sidewalk with her massive pile of garbage while she screams at the passers by is back. PLEASE MOVE HER OFF. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT? You would save the city a lot of money and frustration by dealing with it now rather than waiting.

    The motorhomes, tents, and other makeshift dwellings along 5th street are pushing out into the lane of traffic. The City Services seem to not care about this, but it's getting worse on a daily basis. A car is going to slam into one of the dwellings or worse a person will get hit. This encampment should be moved.

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE just send an officer to tell these people to move.... PLEASE don't send it to abandoned vehicles..... PLEASE... nothing happens when you send it there. All you have to do is TELL them to move. Think how much easier that will be than having their garbage pile up and the resentment build up from the people who actually live and pay taxes here. They need a B permit to park there anyway, so do all the other ones at the end of the street. You could actually just tell them all to move, it would be simple. If you would just act like an authority.

    This tent and massive pile of debris is blocking the sidewalk right next to a BART station... You know, where people actually use the sidewalk! People should not be able to set up their tents where ever they want to.... Go ask them to move. It's time for the City of Oakland to act like they actually care about the condition of the city.

    The people building the house on Chester street continually block off the street with red cones so that they can park in front of their building project. They should spend the $850 or what ever it costs and get their curb cut for a driveway.

    There are SEVERAL motor homes parked at the end of Third Street at Peralta. PLEASE start citing them and have them move. People live down here, we do not want to have to clean up after these people. There are plenty of other places they can go

    There is a growing number of motorhomes at the end of Peralta and on 3rd street. They need to move, they have also torn off the cover of an electrical box are are using the power illegally.
