Can you trim the bushes at the side walk at the rt 100 and 104 intersection It's getting hard to bike past them?

I bike here every day and I am always very uncomfortable because when you bike from route 103 towards Doncaster Rd the road narrows at the semi circle between hale haven and Doncaster road. I know it’s a traffic calming device but when I bike in that direction I bike very slowly because it is also a pretty steep hill. The cars behind me often get impatient to get around me. Most of the time they wait but frequently enough they try to squeeze by. I’m afraid one of those is going to clip my handle bars and send me crashing down. There really isn’t enough room for both a bike and car side by side in that section. Can you add a sidewalk or a trail or a divided bike lane so that I can safely bike there?

Can a sidewalk be added to this section of the road? Its got sidewalks on either side. It’s the busiest road in the neighborhood yet there is no sidewalk over here. There is no way out of the neighborhood without sidewalks and this is the best spot to add them. I find it dangerous to run or walk here with a stroller during rush hour. It’s also near a school and I see kids with scooters on the road during rush hour during the school year

Can this bush be trimmed? You can’t see around it. I almost hid a pedestrian when he suddenly stepped on the road while I was coming from the other side. Neither of us could see each other

There is a pretty decent height difference in the sidewalk where it crosses over a drainage area next to route 108 on the north side of the road near the Howard High traffic light
