I observed an adult and child pedestrian almost being hit by a vehicle in this intersection on 12/10. After taking a look at the movements, it seems like the most dangerous conflict occurs between pedestrians crossing MLK versus drivers coming from Westbound Thomas L Berkley Way to southbound Martin Luther King Jr Way.
There ought to be brighter lighting in this crosswalk and a separate phase just for pedestrians in this entire five-way intersection.
