This tree is loose and sways in the wind. It’s on the western side of the parking lot on the south side of E College Ave.

The tap water is coming out a yellow-brown color. Sort of brassy.

My mom has two sewer line cleanouts. The cap is gone from the city-side cleanout and sewage has been backing up out of it. I consulted a plumber and they suggested there might be a clog on the street side. Could you help me sort this out? I've circled the cleanout, which is just the right of the driveway, in the attached photo.

Broken black cable in road on 4th St

The recycling for residents of the 100 block of N 5th St (whose bins are in the back in the southern E College Ave parking lot) has not been picked up in three or four weeks. Did the routes change, perhaps?

Looks like some one drove over this bump out, left a rut, and broke the poor little up light.

Now the heavy construction on E College Ave is over, can the trash cans be put back along the sidewalk? A lot of trash ends up on the ground and in flower pots that I think people would dispose of properly if there were receptacles available.
