Pedestrian Cross Light on Luckie Archived60 Luckie St Nw Atlanta, GA 30303, USA - DowntownThe pedestrian cross light on Luckie St. (Southeast corner) between the Equitable Building and the Aderhold (GSU) never switches to give the pedestrian the right of way, no matter how long the pedestrian waits or if they have pushed the button. You can wait two cycles, three cycles, and the cross signal never comes on. I would like this fixed, rather than just crossing when I think it's OK to cross.

Street torn up for many months Archived12-116 Williams St Nw Atlanta, GA 30303, USA - DowntownOne block portion of Williams St. was "milled" A couple of years ago in preparation for repaving, but the work is never done. As a result, the street is extremely rough, there are potholes in it, and it is hazardous to cars driving on it. I think it's been like this for about two years.

Broken Drain - Blocked Up Archived141-199 Cone Street Northwest Atlanta, GA 30303, USA - DowntownTwo days ago during heavy rainfall I noticed that Williams Street where it meets Cone Street was under about 10 inches of water. I investigated and it appeared that no water was going down the drain next to the parking garage. The drain across the street were functioning fine but on the eastern side by the parking garage the puddle was enormous. The street is beginning to buckle from constant water damage of this type. It was also very difficult to cross the street or drive through the puddle because it was so deep.

36-42 Peachtree Center Ave Ne Atlanta, GA 30303, USA - Five PointsSeveral large street trees on Peachtree Center Avenue, adjacent to the Loudermilk Center / ARC, have outgrown the concrete rings at their bases. If this "strangling" continues the trees will sustain injury and risk disease. Normally the solution for this is either removing the "rings" or cutting them back (metal grates are designed for this). The problem is not immediate but if let lie eventually both trees and sidewalk will suffer.
