    The two structures at 1427 34th St., Oakland CA 94608, have been abandoned for many years and are in such seriously deteriorated condition that they look like they could collapse at any moment. Clearly whomever owns these has no intention to put them into serviceable condition, so I am asking the city to condemn them and tear them down post haste.

    Weeds now clearly stretch over the fence. Fire hazard and has become a hangout for for people doing drugs. The lot needs to be cleaned out and re secured.

    This underpass is a constant and utter mess. Today there is electronics broken all over the sidewalks, general trash and broken furniture, and you could practically start a guano fertilizer company with the bird droppings. It need to be cleaned up, watched *weekly* and the underpass needs to be made bird-proof. I'm happy to share ideas on that is someone wants to contact me.
