    Roots from a city tree are causing two significant lifting and distortions of brick of sidewalk on the 25th Street side of my property (100 feet from corner). It is a trip hazard and water pools behind the heave and sometimes freezes in winter creating a danger of slipping.

    There is a large, deep, dangerous put hole at the corner of N. 29th St. and the alley next to Chimborazo Playground. Pothole is at least 3 feet wide and 8 inches deep and growing.

    Repair patch just west of I-95 underpass has a pothole and is very uneven. Entire patch should be repaved. Just west of this area is a depression and sharp ridge across the road that should be evened.
