    Extreme damage to recently repaired sidewalk. Homeowner at 2651 1st Abe s had construction work done and the construction workers completely destroyed the sidewalk in front of 2651 1st Ave. S. This is an extreme pedestrian hazard as bikers runners walkers and those in wheelchairs cannot use at all the sidewalk I have watched from my home at least three people fall down because they do not see that the sidewalk is completely destroyed

Now habitual offender with same issue. Request immediate citation with financial consequences. Property owner is wasting inspector's time and city resources.

    The current owners leave junk on the sidewalk and also in the back yard and do not clean up their trash… Their trash then blows into other peoples yards and I saw two other people having to pick up their garbage
