Also the fact that DTE used sand instead of topsoil to backfill their gas main project does not help as grass will not grow.

This portion of the path is very busy with pedestrians and cyclists on the weekends. The path is already narrow in the area. Can the brush be cut back significantly?

The surrounding road area was patched with asphalt cold patch. this patch has settled significantly leaving the rim of the valve riser sticking up more than 1" above the pavement. When the snow plows come through, they hit the riser pipe with their plow blade and the resulting "boom" sounds like a canon going off. this is likely damaging both the truck and the pipe. Can additional cold patch be added to address this issue?
