    missed trash pickup YET AGAIN!!!!! How can you raise our bill but yet once or twice a month I have to take time out of my day to call and complain that they did not pick up our trash. I pay for twice a week. Monday and Thursday and yet I only seem to get once a week. I feel like you should give me credit for all the missed pick ups that I keep getting. I feel like you are ripping people off and making a ton of money off of us as if you don't make enough anyways. I would like someone to contact me and discuss this issue further

    They drove right past my house at 10:42 and none of the trash cans on my side were picked up. They just came back down my street about 430 and picked up 1 can on the other side of the street and ours are still full...

    again this week I have to call to have my trash picked up. they always get there other side of the street but not ours. I have to call at least twice a month. I pay for services and should not have to keep dealing with this. they picked up across the street at 10:38am and yet my side of the street is still not picked up. I filed a complaint last week to tell me it has been fixed but yet here again it's not.

    once a month I have to call to have them come the next day to pick up our trash Everytime the do the ones on the other side of the street and completely miss my side of the street. this makes no sense that I have to call every month to have them come get ours
