A private company is setting up for a large party, taking up a very large section of the beach. Is this "permitted?"

Obvious illegal dumping of red clay colored dirt to cover the seaweed behind The Surf Club/Four Seasons Hotel. This can't continue...need a completely new set of beach rules..

Watching The Surf Club “lounge chair” vehicle delivering food and drinks ALL DAY and driving dangerously on the beach in an obvious hurry.... Is this allowed??$

Four Seasons beach vehicle speeding and driving erratically on the beach from their lounges to where they exit the beach. A very dangerous situation and with no consideration to other beach goers..

Marriott Hotel is allowed 40 lounges on the beach. They now have 80 lounges. The lounges are NOT for the Carlisle or the Waverny. If you think they are, you need to be aware of the real world.....

Code Compliance is never around at 5:00 when the hotel umbrella etal carts cross Collins Ave at 92 Street in violation of their permit. They aren't there at 9am when they cross going to the beach.

Bugging additional lounges in absolute violation of their permit. Failure to penalize will be seriously questioned.. the video was taken Saturday at 12:45 pm today) PS. By 1:45 many chairs were being taken off the beach...
