We need a city employee to mark sewer lines in our yard so our fence can be repaired. Our fence is old and broken. We purchased a new one in March but can't proceed with replacing it until the city marks the sewer annex. This is the second time I'm writing this. Please provide me some type of feedback. This is a privacy and safety issue. Please do not ignore this

  • Meadow Ridge Drive Raleigh, North Carolina - Raleigh Council District B
While the housing authority does a great job keeping the front of the yards well maintained in Meadow Ridge Public housing, they do not maintain the trees located behind the houses. The trees are growing over the fence to the Summit Ridge Community. Some of the limbs are dead and fall into our yards. The trees need a good pruning. We have tried to cut what grows in our yard but we are not equipped to handle some of the higher branches.

There are at least three huge potholes at the entrance of Sam's Club and Lowe's entering from Calvary Drive. Drives entering the shopping center normally swing out into the opposite lane to avoid the potholes.
  • Summit Ridge Raleigh, North Carolina - Raleigh Council District B
The Summit Ridge sub-division has been inundated with speeding cars and motorcycles through the neighborhood. Most of the traffic is coming from Capital Blvd taking a short cut through the neighborhood. The community is in need of speed bumps to avoid someone getting seriously hurt. The neighborhood is filled with young active children and quite a few elderly residents.
  • 3909 Falmouth Drive Raleigh, North Carolina - Raleigh Council District B

3909 Falmouth Drive owners are no longer living in the house. Since they left the front and back yard is severely unkept. Last week the owner cut the front yard but neglected the back yard. The back yard has high grass, trash, furniture, and a mattress. This is a breading ground for rodents and animals.

Recently neighborhood kids are loitering in the back yard. The owner should maintain his property, post no trespassing signs, and secure the property to deter loiterers.
