One of the overhead traffic lights looks like a cable is broken. Intersection of Washington and Bridge streets.

There are several limbs down along the Waking/Bike Path. Can we get them cleaned up before the snow flies? Thank you.

A large tree limb is cracked almost completely through and hanging on overhead wires. The limb is still connected to the tree but if it breaks off completely it will take down the wires and land on my vehicle and others that have on-street parking as our only place to park. Please knock on #17 Cross Street if you have questions or need me to move my vehicle while you fix the issue. Thank you for your attention to this.

Low hanging limbs keep getting caught on vehicles and some branches have fallen in the street Branches need to be trimmed.

Trash was not collected in Cross Street yesterday. We’ve left the barrels out there.

Every time there’s a heavy rain all of this dirt and rocks gets washed down the embankment and across the walking path. It’s flowing down from the lot above.

There are over 100 sheetrock screws scattered on the sidewalk and along the edge of the street right near the base of the Rt 107 & 114 street sign. Cars are likely going to get flat tires!

3 Cars parked on Cross Street and we are still under a snow emergency. Everyone else on the street moved their cars except these three.

The crosswalk buttons on the Jefferson Apt side of the street are completely inaccessible because they've been plowed in. I've called the city to report it (2 days ago) but the issue still is not resolved. I have to cross the street in the dark to/from work every day as do many other people. This is dangerous! The sidewalk is completely plowed in. I don't care who's responsibility it is, City or the apartment complex, but it's dangerous and needs to be taken care of before someone gets hit by a car!

Snow removal on the walk/bike path stops abruptly at the end of Jefferson apartments. The rest of the path up to Carlton School is not cleared and is ice and snow covered. Why? Why does the plowing stop? For those of us that have to walk to/from the train this is extremely dangerous and icy. Please clear the entire path. Thank you.

The crosswalk button does not work. The button at the corner of Bridge St and the bypass, the side closest to the 2-story yellow apartments.

The street lamp that's on the walking path, at the end of Saunders Street where it joins the walking path. The light is on your left as you join the path.

Please pass to the Salem PD: two drivers ran the red light while the crosswalk signal was lit (6:14am 1/12/17). I cross this intersection weekday mornings between 6:10-6:18 am and evenings between 5-7 pm. I see an average of 4 cars a week run the red light at this intersection. Twice between mid-November and end of December I was nearly Hit when crossing IN the crosswalk while the crossing light was ON due to drivers running the red light. This issue is getting worse. Despite the reflective clothing I wear drivers are ignoring the lights. Someone is going to get seriously hurt or killed. PLEASE do something to address this issue.

Owner stopped by to put away barrels but has not cleaned up the trash that spilled. We asked him to pick it up, he said he would but has not returned to the property to take care of it.

The blue light which usually blinks to indicate a snow emergency is not functioning.

At the intersection of Bridge St and the Bypass: Sidewalk has not been cleared of snow. Cannot access crosswalk buttons.

Snow removal request. Handicapped and others cannot access the crosswalk button. The walk and ramp are not clear so anyone with mobility issues has to trudge through snow to access the crosswalk button and the ramp.
