Tree fell down during a storm a few years back.the stump uprooted the sidewalk & tore down the fence damaging the street & the curbline.the condition is a major hazard.damaging cars.sanitation cleaners & plows have also hit the tree stump sticking out into the street while attemping to clean up during street cleaning regulations.
