I'm completely bewildered by the lack of street scrapping in the Fan since Winter Storm Jonas. The roads in the Fan are very dangerous right now with snow packed 6 inches deep making it very slick. Given the very high tax base in the Fan we shouldn't have to play bumper cars!

2800-3500 Ellwood Ave Richmond, VA - Carytown
There are numerous large potholes on Ellwood Ave between the Boulevard and N Thompson St., approximately between 2800 and 3500 Ellwood Ave. This is very surprising given that Ellwood had been recently re-paved.
  • 2905 N. Boulevard Richmond, VA - The Diamond
The northbound lane of N. Boulevard at the intersection of the Sports backers entrance, 'Avenue of Champions', is buckled. The buckling of the road is a nuisance and dangerous as it sets off antilock braking systems when coming down the hill and preparing to stop.
  • 2317 Park Ave Richmond, VA - The Fan
Blue Honda civic plate number XBF-5028 has flat tires, wrecked front end, and has been sitting in same spot for 2 weeks taking up the already limited Fan parking. Please remove.

Northbound lane of Boulevard just past Robin Hood Rd the pavement has a buckle that creates a harsh speed bump. There is another buckle in the pavement in the northbound lane of Boulevard just before the Diamond Stadium as well. Both create hazards and set off anti-locking brake systems

2323 Park Ave Richmond, VA - The Fan
3ft wide pothole on the eastbound lane of the 2300 block of Park Ave. It is a result of pipe work done months ago but the patch has since sunken. It causes a hazard because drivers swerve into the oncoming lane to avoid the hole.
