The No Trespassing fencing needs to repaired and the NO Trespassing area needs to be enforced.

    The alley that abuts the Kwik Stop Convenience Store, Park St. Shell Gas Station & 7321 1st Ave. S is a long term, continuing blight. The two convenience stores (Kwik Stop & Shell Gas & Convenience) are a constant source of litter (beer cans, cigarette packs & butts, scratch offs, etc.) 7321 1st Ave. S & alley is long time mess, especially under the alley apartment stairs. That area is used by transients or teens to drink, smoke, party, etc. There is a regular trash mess. These three properties create a chronic, cumulative and continuing blight.
