  • 8601 Chapel Hill Rd Cary, NC 27513, USA - Cary

  • 7151 O'Kelly Chapel Rd Cary, NC 27519, USA - Wake County
Traffic sensor loops are not working properly. Multiple loops appear to be broken, holding up traffic unnecessarily at this intersection.
  • 10017-10197 Weston Pkwy Cary, NC 27513, USA - Cary
Sensor loop appears to be broken. Left turn signal into MetLife fires even when no traffic is turning in or out of MetLife. Please take a look. This happens at least in the evening commute
  • 1054-1098 Morrisville Carpenter Rd Morrisville, NC 27560, USA - Morrisville

The right turn-only lane from westbound Morrisville Carpenter Rd onto northbound Davis Drive needs improved markings. I have almost been in 2 side-swipe accidents as I travelled straight across the intersection, and vehicles in the right turn lane proceed straight across the intersection.
    3 suggestions:
    1) Repaint "Right turn only" and an arrow on the pavement. The paint has faded a lot.
    2) Place a sign on the signal wire, indicating Right Turn only.
    3) construct a concrete barrier that does not permit travel straight through the intersection from the right lane.

    Thank you.

  • 3600 Davis Dr Morrisville, NC 27560, USA - Morrisville
The left turn signal loop from northbound Davis drive turning onto Morrisville Carpenter Rd is broken. It gives a left turn signal even when no cars are waiting to turn left. This causes a prolonged delay to southbound traffic on Davis Drive. This causes significant traffic delays, especially during the evening rush hour. Please fix this sensor loop ASAP. Thanks.
  • 1788 Kildaire Farm Rd Cary, NC 27511, USA - Cary
A longer left turn arrow is needed on weekday mornings from southbound Kildaire Farm Rd onto Tryon Rd.
Currently the arrow only lasts about 5-6 seconds, which does not allow many cars to get through the light. Thank you.

  • 1119 Kildaire Farm Rd Cary, NC 27511, USA - Cary
Northbound Kildaire Farm Rd left turn lane onto Kilmayne-- sensor loop is broken. Left turn signal is triggered even when no vehicles are waiting to turn left. This delays southbound Kildaire Farm Rd traffic unnecessarily. Please fix this loop. 9/23/16 8:00am
  • 9801-9807 Chapel Hill Rd Morrisville, NC 27560, USA - Morrisville

The left turn signal from Eastbound Chapel Hill Rd. (Hwy 54) onto Ridgemere Dr. (Across from Morrisville Pkwy) is still malfunctioning. The sensor loop is broken, causing the signal to give a protected left turn arrow to traffic turning left onto Ridgemere drive EVEN WHEN NO VEHICLES ARE WAITING TO TURN LEFT. This holds up traffic on Westbound Chapel Hill Rd. (Hwy 54) unnecessarily while the signal goes through its cycle.

The town of Morrisville has teplied prevouosly thst this intersection is controlled by either the town of Cary or the NCDOT I believe. Would you mind checking with the people responsible for this intersection so we can get traffic flowing better? This has been a problem for several months. Thank you in advance.

  • 9801-9807 Chapel Hill Rd Morrisville, NC 27560, USA - Morrisville
2 large very deep potholes in the right turn lane of eastbound Chapel Hill Rd (Hwy 54) onto Morrisville Parkway.
  • 900-950 Morrisville Pkwy Morrisville, NC 27560, USA - Morrisville
Aided by years of construction, the pavement on Morrisville Pkwy between Chapel Hill Rd and Bristol Creek Dr is in urgent need of repair. There are numerous potholes and uneven pavement on this stretch of about 1/2 mile. The pavement should be milled out and repaved.
  • Bristol Creek Dr Morrisville, NC 27560, USA - Morrisville
There is at least 1 broken sensor loop on Bristol Creek Pkwy at the intersection with Morrisville Parkway. This impedes traffic flow on Morrisville Parkway by unnecessarily stopping traffic on this main road even when no cars are waiting to turn from Bristol Creek.
I'm sure the owners of the new Speedway and Park West aren't complaining about the timing, as cars cut through to avoid this light and its poor timing.
  • 1197 Crabtree Crossing Pkwy Morrisville, NC 27560, USA - Morrisville
There is at least 1 broken sensor loop on Crabtree Crossing Pkwy at the intersection with Morrisville Parkway. This impedes traffic flow on Morrisville Parkway by unnecessarily stopping traffic on this main road even when no cars are waiting to turn from Crabtree Crossing.
  • 115 Quail Fields Ct Morrisville, NC 27560, USA - Morrisville
Morrisville Pkwy and Bristol Creek Dr/ Quail Fields Ct.:
Signal timing needs adjustment to allow more priority for traffic on Morrisville Parkway. Signal should give less time to cross traffic and/or the sensor loops on Bristol Creek Dr. And Quail Fields Ct should be repaired. Traffic flow is VERY inefficient through this intersection.
  • Ridgemere Dr Morrisville, NC 27560, USA - Morrisville

Left turn lane from eastbound Chapel Hill Rd (hwy 54) onto Ridgemere Dr. has a broken sensor loop. This causes the signal to give a protected left turn arrow onto Ridgemere Dr, EVEN WHEN NO VEHICLES ARE WAITING TO TURN LEFT.

This causes an unnecessary delay in westbound traffic on Chapel Hill Rd at this intersection (Morrisville pkwy is also at this intersection).

This issue has been reported multiple times over the past 4-5 months, with promises to fix it. IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED AS OF 9/1/2016. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE FIX THIS?!!
