Overflowing garbage around entire ONE neighborhood. We have seen raccoons and skunks at abnormal times because overflowing garbage like this photo is all around us. Tickets and enforcement on landlords will solve problems warnings will help to continue this unacceptable issue #yearafteryear. The garbage at this rental unit is slowing creeping across the driveway and is in our view and a direct result of lowering our quality of life, lowering the value of the houses around us and most importantly unsafe in that it is attracting large amounts of squirrels, raccoons and skunks.

This car has continued to park here probably before I first reported it doing so for a year. So it has been violating the no parking on lawns for a year. First reported July 2014.

You have the license plate. You have the photos. Why are you unable to give a ticket.

What is the point of SCF if this kind of occupancy goes on for a year. How can we stop the cycle of response of code "when we checked it out" ( several hours later or several days later) "it was gone"?

    Car is parked illegally
  • 33 Brookes Ave Burlington, Vt - Burlington Electric

This is not specific to lawns and yards. But the number of cars parked behind 33 Brookes Ave has increased dramatically. There are a currently 7 cars in this backyard driveway. Living here for 8 years there have never been more the 3 or 4 cars in this driveway at a time.

As a second question. How much concrete is this house allowed to have? No other house on this lower section of Brookes has this much concrete or uses their backyard as a parking lot. Is this allowed? Is there a certain percentage of green space that has been destroyed unlawfully here?

Who keeps tabs on free space vs concrete.

How many cars are allowed to park here. This backyard has become a parking lot over the last several months.

Not able to add on to another open issue posted a week or so ago. This is a reoccurring problem. Now a different car parking here.

From other issue reported a week or so ago with previous issue #'s:
Same car parked on front lawn of house. This has been reported several times with this same car parking illegally. Reported issue: 1108047, 1184896, 1206740, 1214326, 1301321. This specific car has been parked there on several of these reported tickets and can be seen in the photos posted. I have written down the license plate: 918 mg4 Massachusetts. They are obviously not getting that you can not park on a front lawn. What kind of consequences are put in place for repeat offenders?
