Just spent an hour trying to clean this off. This person needs to be sentenced to community service. They deface private property all over downtown.

Just spent wednesday cleaning up the whole neighborhood aspart of edge district volunteerism and we need more trashcans! People sit and leave their trash outside our unit in the landscaping. Need more trash containers!!!

It happens at least once a week: a car tries to turn into the bike lane on 1st ave south while I am waiting for a light to change. This time i got pics. Really--this is a serious issue. I was lucky, but one day someone is going to get seriously hurt. I have written the bike/ped coordinator for 2 years now, city staff witnessed this happening all day during a Pinellas Trail survey, people have brought it up at the Mayor's BPAC. These intersections need signage, paint --green, red, blue? -- better markings. People have suggested lines for the turn lanes so cars get it. Please pass this on to someone who has the authority to take action. I have heard excuses for two years. This needs to be fixed. (The photo is the car backing up after it came within inches of me in the bike lane. They were from out of town and apologized saying they had no idea it was a bike lane. )

Had to call the police today to get this guy to move his motorcyle out of the bike path. It isnt marked anywhere that it is a bike path. Just sent in a report on a downed bollard. Some colored paint and stencils would sure help us out, it is confusing to car drivers, i have seen cars parked in this lane as well. Love the bile path, but it needs to be clearly marked, with signage and directions.

Bollard down on bike lane 1st ave s at 6th Street. This happens regularly, because the cars coming from north to south frequently turn into the bike lane because they see the concrete barrier and assume that it is a divider for car vehicles. Mostly it seems to happen on MLK, 4th Street, and sometimes 6th or 2nd. We have asked the city repeatedly to address this very serious safety issue. We love this (one and only) protected bike lane. However, It does need some help in marking and defining the bike area to make it noticeable to motorists. A different color paint, some stencils and markings on the pavement, as well as signage, would be a good idea to let motorists know not to turn into the bike lane. At least once a week, as I am standing over my bike waiting for the light to change, a car will start to turn face into me in the bike lane. Sometimes i have to jump out of their way. Last year when we surveyed people on the Pinellas Trail, and were stationed outside the Tampa Bay Times building, we counted at least a dozen cars turn into the bike lane on 4th St. in 4 hours. City transportation staff was present and saw this. It was over a year ago and still no action. Fortunately, no one has been seriously injured to date, but it really is only a matter of time. Please work with the Transportation Department to mark and define the bike lane so that motorists no longer are confused and accidentally turn into the bike lane thinking that it is a car traffic lane. We love having a protected bike lane and hope for more of them. Just correct the confusion for motorists by adding lane markings and giving them information.

The construction workers dont clean up and this has been a mess for the last week. Debris in cycle track sidewalk unusable. The city should fine these people for this. It is unacceptable, and if it were on a car road this would not be allowed. I almost had an accident here this morning, there was 1ft of path for pedestrians, 2 way bike and scooter traffic. This is our roadway, NOT storage for construction crew.

The bar Amsterdam keeps its doors open with music blasting. We live a block away and even with all windows closed the noise is overwhelming. The owner has been rude and unresponsive please make them keep the doors closed. It is not right to allow this to keep happening. My he city must create an enforceable noise level when residences are within a block of bars and the bars insist on playing music so loudly that working people can't sleep on a Monday night.

Public urination in these doorways. When walking past the alcove reeks of urine in this abandoned building.

I have reported this issue a couple of times. It really is an eyesore in our residential neighborhood.

More graffiti everyday. Are people living inside? Scarey to walk past.

From 6th to 11th on central over 12 buildings/structures are currently covered in graffiti

Reported this 3 weeks ago. Owner had beer mural painted on east side of building last week but never dealt with huge graffiti all over east side.

Could use some help: Last night they put in new LEDs in the streetlight outside our unit. They are right outside our bedroom and so bright we can't open our window for air or drapes -- WAY brighter than the old pink lights, which were like spotlights, the new LEDs are like floodlights onto our condo. Is there any way to put a shield on these two? Also, shouldn't the gas lights on the CASA building on 1st ave N have shields? Thank you. Love the LED technology, just need help shielding the light from our bedroom which just amplified 250%.

Several incidences of graffiti in the neighborhood, this light pole, the back of Maxiland on 1st Ave. North at 11th st, and on the building at 1047 Central high above on the west side. All have seem to spring up since the advent of the new "graffiti" Mural on Amsterdam bar.

As a resident of the edge neighborhood I would like to see the plantings along Central Avenue restored in front of the Amsterdam. I am not sure when or why the six trees were removed and paved over in concrete, but it really does detract from the uniformity and tidy appearance of the street as a whole.

Not really a pothole, a drain or pipe has no cover and is a bit of a hazard. Didn't know quite where to categorize this
