Abandoned scooter in the middle of the street between San Pablo and Linden

Vehicle has been abandoned at this location for months.

Our block needs speed humps. People regularly drive down our residential street going 40-50 mph. The blocks of 37th between Market and MLK have speed humps and they down have the same issues with speeding that our block does. Our block is slated to be repaved soon, so this would be the optimum time to add them. PLEASE ADD SPEED HUMPS TO THE UPCOMING PAVING PROJECT.

There is continual illegal dumping at the homeless encampment and surrounding blocks. It is pretty obvious that people from outside our community are using the encampment as a excuse to throw their trash on the street. Has the city looked into partnering with the residents of the encampment to help identify and fine people who think that dumping their trash on our streets is okay? Also, the city needs to be more vigilant about not leaving these piles out as people see the lack of cleanup as rational that it's okay for them to dump there too.
