    The city should conduct an on site surveillance and assessment of whether the need for a traffic signal is necessary at the corner of Aberdeen and W.Market St. Reason: Travelling south on Aberdeen toward W.Market westbound traffic there is blind spot as a result of a curve on W.Market that causes uncertainty as to whether there is oncoming traffic toward the intersection at Aberdeen. Vehicles need to jut out beyond the existing traffic stop sign at Aberdeen before detecting if oncoming traffic is approaching on W.Market st. I suggest that a yellow traffic signal be installed at this intersection to indicate caution and prevent vehicular and pedestrian accidents.
