Limbs and leaves stuck under bridge at 2802 Barcody Road. Blocking flow of water in the drainage ditch.

In addition to limbs caught under the bridge on Barcody 2802 there is an exposed gas line at the base of the bridge that could be impacted by the logs and debris. We are worried that the pipe could be punctured by the force of the water and the logs against it.

Flooding at bridge on Barcody road 2802. Water is blocked by huge limbs and logs stuck under the bridge. The entire street was flooded and water into yards on Barcody and Barcody circle. Limbs wash down the hill and down the ditch and stick under the bridge causing water to back up and overflow the ditch into yards and the street. The road is full of debris and was covered by a foot of water

They cleaned under the bridge at 2802 Barcody today and got all of the limbs out but placed them just next to the bridge very near an exposed gas line that crosses the bridge. If the garbage truck with the arm that lifts hits the gas line we might have an explosion. My husband and i(both in our 70s ) have gone out and moved it across to the other side of the street. In the future we will try to remember to tell you about the gas line. It is wrapped in black tape and extends past the bridge railing just on top of the ground. There could be a catastrophe if the truck hit that line with its movable arm that picks up debris.

A work order was issued 2 weeks ago to clear the limbs and debris stuck under the bridge in the ditch at 2802 barcody road. So far this issue has not be resolved. During a heavy rain this debris could cause the water to back up and flood yards.
