    Not sure who's responsibility this is - but there's a huge old tree on private property at 2709 W. Market. It spreads across the sidewalk & most of eastbound West Market St. The limbs going across the street have appeared to be dead for many months. When they fall, it will cause car damage or personal injury to anyone driving or walking on the sidewalk there.
