there is a dead tree located on Glen Eden (corner of 3525 Blue Ridge Road) which is dropping branches in the road and on the sidewalk. People have began making a pile of dead branches on the side of the sidewalk.

There are hundreds of plastic bags hanging in the trees on the trail from the entrance by McDonalds (Blue Ridge Road) towards North Hills. I'm sure they are from when the creek was flooded from hurricane Matthew. There is what looks like a small landfill in the creek behind The Trails of North Hills apartments.

It's bad enough to have people stand by your car begging for money (and one particular man trying to talk to you through a closed window), but the trash that they leave behind is against the law.

Is there a possibility of extending the sidewalk from Morningside to Glen Eden? I hate to walk in someone's yard and there is not enough room to (safely) walk on the street.
