    Redolent repository of dog feces, summer edition! Yard on Manhattan side of property continues to be canine dump ground; clean up by animal owner is next to nil.

    In addition, dog owner frequently sends her dog out to "go potty" off leash and unsupervised- yard is not completely fenced, and dog (a largish pit pull mix, aggressive with other dogs) wanders around property and sidewalk.

    This is an accident waiting to happen.
