    On 21st Avenue North, as you approach the intersection with Broadway, the left lane is marked "left turn only", the center lane is "left turn or straight ahead only", and the right lane is "right turn only". However, no "straight ahead" is possible, unless you plan to crash into the building across the intersection. The middle lane needs to be relabeled. I suggest allowing both left and right turns from the center lane.

    The hedge planted along the inside of the curve of Venture Circle is overgrown, blocking a view of oncoming traffic and making a turn into the TennCare parking lot driveway (outside of curve) hazardous. The hedge needs to be trimmed to below a driver's eye level.

    On I-24 W, just before the I-40 E / I-40 W split, there is a cluster of deep potholes, particularly in the second-from-left lane. Some appear to be 7 or 8 inches deep, enough to break car axles. They appear to be above joints in the underlying concrete slabs.

    There is a pothole, four or five inches deep, on Haywood Lane at the start of the exit lane for Ezell Road. It has gone unrepaired for over a year. It appears to be a former repair trench where the new pavement has broken apart. It is in front of the Kangaroo gas station.

    At the I-24 bridge over Mill Creek, the concrete is breaking up as you enter the bridge, in the rightmost lane eastbound, and also the rightmost lane westbound. in both cases, a pothole several inches deep, and about two feet across, is forming. I previously reported this on the westbound side, and it was patched, but broke up again. This symmetry between the eastbound and westbound sides suggests a design flaw, perhaps the underlying support not being rigid enough.

    In the crossing signal at the corner of 7th Avenue S. and McGavock Street, diagonally across from First Baptist Church, the walk signal facing southbound pedestrians does not light up, although the wait signal does light up. It probably has a burnt-out bulb.

    The sidewalk along Harding Place to Linbar Drive was completed several weeks ago, except for the last 20 feet or so at Linbar Drive. I realize that concrete can't be poured in subfreezing weather, but as soon as we have several consecutive days of milder weather, this sidewalk needs to be completed.
