    Stolen car abandoned on Briar Cliff, in front of 4430 driveway. Note that Briar Cliff has abandoned cars dumped here, several times a week. A drop off place for at least one gang.

    Mercedes sedan, brand new, silver. No plates, but still has San Leandro dealership paper plates on it. Personal stuff lying on road behind its trunk (such as paperwork with names on it) and stuff stuck halfway sticking out of trunk.

    A sidewalk is needed for the loop formed by Briar Cliff Rd and Oak Hill Road for the residents of the neighborhood. So many people walk dogs around here and there isn't an easy option for seniors that walk because of all the hills in the neighborhood. Traffic is fast and reckless long these streets and many people walk down it daily endangering their lives. Perhaps a sidewalk would also deter much of the illegal dumping along Briar Cliff, helping to keep the neighborhood yards free from trash and boost property values.
