Dead rat on street

Flatten Rat on the road; adjacent to 29 Cherry Street.

Spruce Street @ 6th Street:

The City's Traffic Commission and/or DPW NEED to update the Traffic Signals on both the road & Poles so the current traffic lanes go as follows:

- Left Lane: TURN LEFT ONLY
- Right Lane: GO STRAIGHT OR TURN RIGHT ONLY

Having BOTH Lanes go LEFT poses a SAFETY HAZARD because Spruce Street's RIGHT lane tend to turn LEFT toward the RT 1N onramp. The Safety Hazard is that there is really no space for the lanes to properly merge since the Resident Parking goes nearly to the corner of that Intersection.
AGAIN, this is concerning the Traffic from Spruce Street at 6th Street that has both available lanes turning LEFT going towards RT 1N. Only the Left Side Lane SHOULD be able to Turn Left; the Right Lane should either go Straight or turn Right.

Been walking Williams street at night and all of the lights on this street need to be looked at... the lights are so dim that they’re nearly useless to have.
I’m not sure if these lights are set to the low setting (as reported on the Chelsea record a while ago) or if these LEDs are poor quality.
Case in point, the lights on Pine Street were all replaced and it provides excellent coverage.

I just witnessed 3 cars in a 5 minute span blow right through the stop sign.
This corner is notorious for drivers not seeing the stop sign. I would highly suggest that the City paint a STOP sign on the street as the current sign is in a weird location and I can see why some folks miss it.

All of the holes opened & poorly re-filled with asphalt by the Utility Company up & down Williams Street started to dip, creating Pothole like road defects.
The city should contact the utility company to have them Properly fix their work.

This blue car’s owner CONSTANTLY parks on the sidewalk blocking peoples only sidewalk on this part of the street.
They think it’s ok for them to reserve this spot when it clearly shows no parking on this alley street!

Tons of Trash up and down this street. Old dog crap laid near the tree adjacent to 60 Hawthorne St

Open pit that needs to be filled in or gave a small tree planted

Everett Avenue from Chestnut Street to Park Street are always full of trash on a consistent basis (this includes the sidewalks too).

Intersection at second st at Arlington st has a lot of potholes in need of patching up

Building has massive icicles falling from the roof & side of the building.
Sidewalk is open and it’s a clear danger; note that this building has been on the news before for its dangerous ice build up.

Potholes and chucks of the old asphalt scattered the area.

Previously patched potholes have reopened and are larger this time. Baseball size chunks of asphalt scattered on the street

Chelsea Square sign at Chelsea Square Park has started to peel off of 3-out-of-4 corners. I hope this has a warranty bc it looks like this sign is of bad quality .

What will it take to have a consistent traffic patrol go up & down Broadway?!
People double parking, parking at corners blocking the view of oncoming traffic, cars parking on crosswalks not allowing women with kids or the disabled safely cross the streets, cars parking in front of fire hydrants.
It’s obvious that the police department doesn’t care; and please don’t tell me that these issues will be brought at x,y,z meeting.
Don’t tell me that this will be brought to the chief’s attention because he doesn’t care.

Go ahead, give me the same excuse to close this ticket; just remember that the next accident will not only be on the driver but in the city because if it’s negligence.
