    Both the parking receipt dispensers at 4014 Piedmont Ave (in front of Dr. Comics store) and at 4038 Piedmont Ave (in front of Piedmont Grocery) would not process my credit card. This is the second time in about two months that both these machines have not been working. I don't have a phone that can arrange my parking and I had few coins today. Time to upgrade these machines.

    An older model green Legacy Subaru with license 4 HEW 329 has been parked on the Berlin Way street next to the side of the house facing Maple Ave (3036 Maple Ave) and just beyond the property 3031 Berlin Way. It's front end sticks out on this narrow street. It has been parked there for at least two weeks. Also, the front plate is missing.

    Dangerous dumping of a refrigerator with the door intact. I care for young grandchildren and this is a dangerous nuisance. The house does not have a address number (is this legal?), but I located it by looking at Google maps: it is between numbers 3061 and 3046 Berlin Way. Furthermore, this is the second abandoned frig in this location in the last three weeks. Do landlords have any responsibility to deal with potentially dangerous dumping?
